A qualifying diagnosis & onset before age 18

Arizona DDD eligibility starts here. To qualify, the individual must have one (or more) of these diagnoses, with onset before age 18 and a substantial impact on daily functioning.

  • Intellectual disability
  • Autism
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Epilepsy (with substantial functional limitations)
  • Down syndrome
